CINN is presenting the M-ERANET project ECOPLACKAGING at Circular Economy Transfer

The CINN is presenting on 6th February the European Project ECOPLACKAGING “Vegetal fibres-reinforced PLA antimicrobial composites for packaging applications” at the Transfer on Circular Economy organized by the Delegation of the CSIC in Asturias and the Oviedo Chamber of Commerce.

CINN’s researcher Dra. Belén Cabal will introduce this challenging project, which is targeted at the development of novel fully compostable biopolymer composites with enhanced properties.

ECOPLACKAGING is a three-years M-ERANET project. The consortium is formed by the University of Azores the Czech companies SYNPO, akciová společnost and SPA 2000, s.r.o and the CINN as coordinator.
