Joaquín Cuetos, who has served as manager of CINN for the past eight years, has been appointed Director General of Innovation, Research, and Digital Transformation at the Department of Science, Industry, and Employment of the Principado de Asturias, pursuant to Decree 63/2026 of September 14, published in the BOPA on September 16, 2026.
